Valve Group Brief Introduction
The valve group is primarily used for initiating, closing, pressure balancing, and discharging the input signals of differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. Designed for effortless installation, maintenance, and online inspection, the valve group streamlines instrumentation tasks.
It
is available in 2-valve, 3-valve, and 5-valve configurations, classified by function and P type
(Flat type), T type, H type, and cylinder stop valve by their structural design.
Integrated Valve Group
This solution integrates the transmitter and valve group at the factory, followed by comprehensive pressure and leakage testing. This pre-assembly minimizes on-site installation efforts and eliminates leakage risks associated with transmitter setup.

·Safety Stop Pin
Features a stainless steel pin to prevent the valve seat from detaching from the valve body.
·Valve Body Design
Built with an integrated structure for high strength and reliability.
·Valve Seat Sealing
Utilizes hard sealing between stainless steel components for enhanced safety and reliability.
·Valve Core
The valve core components feature a segmented structure, enhancing sealing performance and extending the valve group's service life. The handle's usability has also been significantly improved.
·Lubricating Grease
Uses imported grease between the sealing washer and the adjusting screw to reduce friction and enhance sealing performance.
