The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a state-of-the-art device that leverages advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design framework. The raw signal generated by the sensor undergoes amplification and conversion through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This signal is then subjected to rigorous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication via a D/A converter. For transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the system outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, while also reading measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the clear LCD display. Parameters can also be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering flexibility and ease of use.

ZY8000 intelligent transmitter delivers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, easily handling extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
ZY8000 incorporates an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element fails, the defective part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
