The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the potential to reach an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it preserves an outstanding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology, leveraging an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sophisticated modular design. It seamlessly converts the sensor's signals through amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming them into precise digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is flawlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, superimposed with the HART communication signal via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, the PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters offer direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the vibrant LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is supported via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the LCD display immediately shows 'Err,' automatically analyzes and pinpoints the faulty unit, significantly simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functionalities can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics cover SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. Should any electronic unit or measuring component fail, the defective part can be promptly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
