The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 transmitter comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function for real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the system triggers an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD screen automatically displays 'Err', pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.convenient.
This diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measurement element fails, the defective part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
