The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak precision of 0.075% FS. Maintaining an astounding 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, it offers significant savings on maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, providing real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting an issue, it activates fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and sends control signals to system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display instantaneously shows an Err message, pinpointing the faulty unit for easy maintenance and repair, thus simplifying the replacement process.
