The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, providing real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting an issue, it activates fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and sends control signals to system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display instantaneously shows an Err message, pinpointing the faulty unit for easy maintenance and repair, thus simplifying the replacement process.
