The Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter is designed to detect pressure through remote sensing.
It accurately measures
pressure via advanced remote
transmission technology,
conveying the data to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), perfect for high-temperature conditions where the transmitter needs to be situated remotely.
Ideal for handling high viscosity, easily precipitating, crystalline, or corrosive mediums. Extensively utilized across petroleum, chemical industries, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and machinery equipment industries.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function to monitor its status in real-time. When a fault is detected, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
