The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This innovative device amplifies sensor signals and employs high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform these signals into a precise digital format. Within the microprocessor, thorough linear and temperature corrections ensure unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the system converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC range, superimposing HART signals via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three buttons, while the LCD display provides immediate access to measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter setup can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 integrates a diagnostic function that continuously monitors its operational status in real-time. In the event of defined abnormal occurrences, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifies, and displays the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms conveyed through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of electronic unit or measuring element damage, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without reconfiguration.
