Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), particularly suited for high temperature environments (where distancing the transmitter is required),

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, the ZY8000 excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display shows an Err message, automatically analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
