The ZY8000Y Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter is designed to revolutionize your sensing capabilities.
It precisely measures
pressure through advanced remote
transmission technologies,
then transmits the data to the main transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary system.
This device can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it perfectly suited for high temperatures (where the transmitter needs to be kept at a distance),
high viscosity substances, and media that are prone to crystallization or are highly corrosive. It is widely used across a variety of industries including petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 handles the most extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, offering real-time monitoring of its own status. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter switches to alert mode, emitting an alert current of either 3.6mA or 22.8mA and providing control signals for system interlock and the SIS safety system. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen instantly displays an error (Err) message, automatically diagnosing and pinpointing the faulty component. This streamlines the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement, making it incredibly user-friendly.
