Remarkably, after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined quantities of fault events, the transmitter activates fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifying and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
