The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and an innovative modular design. This high-performance device amplifies the sensor signal and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a precise digital signal. Subsequently, the microprocessor seamlessly conducts linear and temperature corrections.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, this advanced system converts the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and Fieldbus Foundation (FF) transmitters, it directly outputs comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and monitor measurement results, fault notifications, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Our ZY8000 series features integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its status. When a fault is detected, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and safety systems (SIS). In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), pinpoints the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, andreplacement processes..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, it can be replaced directly on site without the need for recalibration.
