The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter features a base accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak of 0.075% FS). It maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The transmitter's robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring. Upon encountering predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD automatically displays 'Err' to analyze and highlight the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance and repairs.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without readjustment.
