The ZY8000 offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it sustains 99.9% accuracy after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. When it detects a fault, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display shows an Err message, automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
