The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it possesses exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In case of anomalies, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This makes the instrument exceptionally user-friendly and efficient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warning or fault protection currents. It performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring recalibration.
