The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a high-efficiency modular design. The sensor generates a signal that is amplified and then processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal undergoes precise linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication via a D/A converter. For models featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides clear readings of measurement results, fault information, and operation modes.
