Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000D continuously monitors its own status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and offers control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
