The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. The signal generated by the sensor undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal is then meticulously adjusted for linearity and temperature within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC current, superimposed with a HART signal, via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users have the flexibility to adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons. Additionally, they can read measurement results, fault information, and operating modes directly on the LCD display. Parameter setup is also possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing a comprehensive and versatile user experience.

ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. When predefined events occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electrical currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error code, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
