The product can achieve high precision pressure measurement of gas, liquid, and various other mediums.It is widely used in the petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it features excellent anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring both high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions and can monitor its status in real time. When encountering predefined fault events, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.This makes the maintenance process exceptionallyconvenient.
