The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter, developed by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., stands as a pinnacle of high-precision pressure and differential pressure measurement. By integrating the world's most advanced design philosophy and process technology, this transmitter employs a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon sensor paired with a high-reliability electronic module design. Enhanced by a precision temperature and linear correction system along with intelligent manufacturing techniques, the ZY8000 series ensures unparalleled accuracy, stability, and consistency.
The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter incorporates state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and boasts a modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and is processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter to convert it into a digital signal. Following this, the signal undergoes precise linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they deliver a pure digital PROFIBUS-PA, FF output. The measurement data and the functional parameters of the transmitter are respectively stored in two EEPROMs for reliability. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can also be performed using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it can maintain 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. Should a fault occur, the transmitter will activate fault alert mode, output alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after a predefined number of events. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err), analyze, and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes. Convenient maintenance.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection current. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
