Designed to perform flawlessly after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Moreover, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows it to monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes for enhanced convenience.
