The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Should an issue arise, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, pinpointing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
