The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts exceptional accuracy, with a basic precision of 0.1% FS, and can achieve up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, ensuring significant cost savings in maintenance. Its construction features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, the ZY8000 excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing high stability and unmatched reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Should an issue arise, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, pinpointing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
