The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge engineering with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies the sensor signal, which is then converted by a high-speed dual A/D converter into a digital signal. Within its microprocessor, it undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it offers a direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site through three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurements, fault diagnostics, and operational mode information. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000's basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers 0.1% FS accuracy (with a peak performance of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, diagnosing and displaying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be accessed via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be displayed as either warning or fault protection current. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
