The ZY8000 Series offers an unparalleled level of precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and an optional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, this intelligent transmitter maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 is designed to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it excels in environments with high electromagnetic interference, ensuring the transmitter's exceptional stability and reliability.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents the pinnacle of modern sensor technology. It integrates an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design framework. This state-of-the-art device amplifies the sensor's signals, processes them through a high-speed dual A/D converter, and transforms them into robust digital signals. Within its microprocessor, meticulous linear and temperature corrections are performed to ensure unparalleled accuracy.
For versions equipped with HART protocol, the transmitter seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC range, superimposed with HART signals via the D/A converter. Variants with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Critical measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users benefit from the convenience of three adjustment buttons for on-site parameter modifications, enabling direct access to measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes displayed on the LCD screen. Additionally, parameter configurations can be performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When a fault is detected, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This ensures that upkeep is straightforward andconvenient.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the defective component can be replaced on-site without requiring readjustment.
