The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components ensure it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Furthermore, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capability guarantees unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic features, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting faults, it enters alert mode, signaling with an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and component replacement.
This makes maintenance more efficient andconvenient.
