ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display instantly shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.making these processes more intuitive.
