The ZY8000 boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with potential accuracy reaching up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure consistent high stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting an issue, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
