The ZY8000's basic accuracy is an impressive 0.1% FS (with the highest precision at 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains unparalleled 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its sturdy metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements make it exceptionally resilient to severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's consistent stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processconsiderably.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be indicated through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
