The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter, a marvel of engineering, utilizes an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. This ingenious device converts signals from the sensor through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, signals are delicately converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. When outfitted with PROFIBUS-PA or FF protocols, the transmitter offers direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly at the measurement site through three intuitive adjustment buttons, viewing measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be managed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warning or fault protection currents. It autonomously diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
