Installation:

The metal rotor flowmeter is a sophisticated variable area flow measuring instrument, brilliantly engineered to measure fluid flow by detecting float position.

This cutting-edge device boasts an all-metal structure, embracing a modular design concept. Its compact size ensures minimal pressure loss, offers a generous range ratio (10:1),
and promises seamless installation and maintenance, making it an ideal choice across diverse industries, even in the most complex and harsh environmental conditions.
It's adeptly designed for precise flow and process control, especially for small flow rates, low velocities, and other challenging medium-specific conditions.

For optimal performance, the meticulous installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial. Key installation considerations include:

(1) Ensure vertical installation, directing the fluid to flow from bottom to top through the flowmeter. Maintain a straight pipe section of five times the instrument diameter at both the inlet and outlet. For new installations, thoroughly flush pipelines before setting up the flowmeter.

(2) Position a valve upstream of the flowmeter and a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For smaller diameter instruments, install a filter upstream. If the medium contains magnetic particles, a magnetic filter should precede the flowmeter.

(3) To simplify maintenance and replacement tasks, incorporate a bypass pipeline during the initial installation process.

(4) For mediums with a propensity to be dirty, timely cleaning of both pipes and float is essential.

(5) Generally, the metal rotor flowmeter delivers a measurement accuracy level of 1.5. For needs demanding greater precision, alternative solutions should be considered, as the metal tube rotor flowmeter might not suffice.
