The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sophisticated modular design. This marvel of engineering converts the sensor's signal through a high-speed dual A/D converter, producing a precise digital signal. It then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, it seamlessly converts into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. The PROFIBUS-PA and FF variants deliver direct full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters onsite using the three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unparalleled flexibility and control.
