The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements ensure it can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features excellent anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D comes equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, providing real-time status monitoring. Upon encountering predefined fault events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
