Installation:

This exceptional device boasts a robust all-metal construction complemented by a state-of-the-art modular design. Its compact size ensures minimal pressure loss and offers an impressive range ratio of 10:1,
making it an optimal solution for diverse industrial applications. It thrives in complex and rigorous environments, providing seamless performance in flow and process control for minimal flow rates and low-velocity operations amidst challenging medium conditions.
Its versatility and reliability make it indispensable for industries demanding stringent control and precision.

To guarantee the metal rotor flowmeter operates seamlessly, proper installation is paramount. Key installation guidelines:

(1) Ensure the flowmeter is mounted vertically, allowing the fluid to ascend from bottom to top. Maintain a straight pipe section with a length five times the instrument's diameter both at the entry and exit points. For new installations, thoroughly flush the pipeline before setting up the flowmeter.

(2) Install a valve ahead of the flowmeter, with a flow control valve positioned 5 to 10 times the instrument's diameter downstream. For instruments with smaller diameters, incorporate a filter upstream. Should the medium being measured contain magnetic particles, introduce a magnetic filter prior to the flowmeter.

(3) For convenient maintenance and substitution of the flowmeter, incorporate a bypass pipeline during the instrument's setup.

(4) In cases where the medium is notably contaminated, ensure timely cleaning of both the pipes and the float to maintain optimal function.

(5) Typically, the metal rotor flowmeter offers a measurement accuracy of 1.5. For applications necessitating higher precision, alternative flowmeter types are recommended.
