The ZY8000 series features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a stellar 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure consistent high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 series is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD displays an error message (Err), and the faulty unit is automatically analyzed and shown, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
