Installation:

The metal rotor flowmeter stands as a pinnacle of precision in variable area flow measurement, expertly gauging the position of the float to deliver accurate readings.

With its robust all-metal construction and innovative modular design, this flowmeter is truly remarkable. Its compact design ensures minimal pressure loss and boasts an impressive range ratio of 10:1,
making it exceptionally versatile across a multitude of industries. This device thrives even in the most challenging and severe environments,
performing admirably for flow and process control demands, especially where low velocities, minimal flow rates, and rigorous medium conditions prevail.

Ensuring the flawless function of the metal rotor flowmeter rests heavily on its proper installation. Key installation considerations include:

(1) The flowmeter must be installed in a vertical position, allowing the fluid to flow seamlessly from bottom to top. It is crucial to maintain a straight pipe section, at least five times the diameter of the instrument, at both inlet and outlet. For new installations, make sure to thoroughly flush the pipeline before attaching the flowmeter.

(2) Strategically place a valve upstream and a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For smaller instruments, an upstream filter is essential. If the medium has magnetic materials, ensure a magnetic filter is positioned ahead of the flowmeter.

(3) Simplify maintenance and replacement by integrating a bypass pipeline during the flowmeter's installation.

(4) Should the medium be particularly dirty, it is vital to clean the pipes and float regularly to ensure optimal performance.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter typically offers a measurement accuracy level of 1.5. For applications requiring superior precision, alternative instruments are recommended over the metal tube rotor flowmeter.
