The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. features a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a cutting-edge modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies the sensor's signal and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a precise digital signal. Subsequently, the microprocessor applies linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output with an overlaid HART signal by the D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the device delivers full-digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, with the capability to read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

It automatically diagnoses the operational status of sensors, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
