The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and an advanced modular design. This state-of-the-art sensor converts the detected signal through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter. The resultant digital signal undergoes linearization and temperature adjustments within the microprocessor, ensuring precise and reliable measurements.
Transmitters with HART protocol convert to a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART, via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they deliver direct full digital output of PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the 3 adjustment buttons and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameters can be set using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter achieves a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Its robust metal housing and fully-sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, output alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Maintenance is now more convenient than ever.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the damaged part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
