The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter leverages cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design. This state-of-the-art sensor generates signals that are amplified and digitized by a high-speed dual A/D converter. The resulting digital signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within a powerful microprocessor.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct full-digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signal outputs. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users have the convenience of adjusting parameters directly at the measurement site using three adjustment buttons and can effortlessly read measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes from the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model features an integrated diagnostic function, capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a predefined fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, an 'Err' message is automatically displayed on the LCD,analyzing and pinpointing the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without recalibration.
