Crafted with precision, the ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors alongside a modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies the sensor's signal and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal, followed by meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor.
Equipped with HART protocol, the transmitter seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC current, superimposed with HART signals via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitter variants, it directly outputs comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the 3 adjustment buttons, while the LCD display offers real-time measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter configuration can be carried out through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The alarm manifests as a warning or fault protection current. It conducts automatic diagnostics of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without needing readjustment.
