The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an outstanding optional accuracy of 0.075% FS, redefining precision in pressure transmitters. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, offering significant cost savings in maintenance. Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter utilizes state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a highly modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal is then subjected to precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted to a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and Foundation Fieldbus (FF) protocols output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can adjust parameters directly onsite using the three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model comes equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err), analyze, and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Additionally, diagnostic functions can be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as either warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, it can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
