The ZY8000D boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak performance of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The transmitter features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, effortlessly handling intense chemical and mechanical stresses. It also excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring superior stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic capabilities, the ZY8000D can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals to system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically diagnosing and identifying the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
