The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter has an impressive accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak of 0.075%FS). Its strong metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Moreover, it features superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time self-status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process of the instrument. convenient.
The diagnostic function is also accessible through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without needing readjustment.
