This Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter offers highly accurate sensing capabilities
by measuring
pressure through remote
transmission
devices and transmitting it to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary.
It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed at a distance),
high viscosity substances, and mediums that are prone to precipitation, crystallization, or corrosion. It is widely used across various industries including petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. Remarkably, this device can maintain 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure both high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting an over-defined number of events, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' pinpointing and analyzing the faulty unit for straightforward maintenance, repair, and replacement.
