ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting faults, the transmitter activates alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD automatically displays an error code (Err) and identifies the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements for maximum convenience.

The measured pressure is captured through remote sensing technologies,
then transmitted efficiently to the transmitter,
via an oil-filled capillary. This system is capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P). It is exceptionally suited for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be positioned away from the heat source),
high viscosity substances, and media prone to precipitation of crystalline or corrosive materials. It finds extensive usage in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

Adhering to the superior performance and stability of the ZY8000 intelligent high precision pressure/differential pressure transmitter,
our product integrates imported mono-crystalline silicon chips, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply and sensor signal system, which significantly enhance stability and anti-interference capabilities.
The use of different materials and types of remote devices, combined with a specialized oil-filling device, maximizes the transmitter's accuracy and meets comprehensive cleanliness requirements. The product boasts excellent stability and achieves the highest accuracy at normal temperatures, up to 0.075%. The explosion-proof shell structure allows for all-weather use and ensures compatibility with HART protocol.
