The ZY8000 excels with a base accuracy of 0.1% FS (and up to 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, offering significant cost savings on maintenance. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical challenges with ease. Additionally, it boasts exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000 maintains high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions and can monitor its status in real-time. When predefined conditions are met, the transmitter will switch to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty component, thereby simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
This makes maintenance moreconvenient and efficient.
