Introducing the ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering incorporating cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a sleek modular design. The sensor's signal is meticulously amplified and seamlessly converted by a high-speed dual A/D converter into a pristine digital signal. This signal undergoes precise linear and temperature calibration within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the digital signal is elegantly transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication through a sophisticated D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The critical data of the measuring unit and the functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users are empowered to effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using three intuitive adjustment buttons and can conveniently view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be executed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.

It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
