Equipped with a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon sensor, our transmitter boasts high reliability, advanced electronic module design, and precision temperature and linear correction systems. Coupled with intelligent manufacturing techniques, the ZY8000 ensures unmatched precision, exceptional stability, and consistent performance, setting new standards in the industry.
The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter adopts an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a state-of-the-art modular design. The signal produced by the sensor is amplified and converted into a digital signal using a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal is then subjected to linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring exceptional accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with a superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the device directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are stored separately in two EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while measurement results, fault information, and operation modes are clearly displayed on the LCD screen. Additionally, parameter setups can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its highest). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, offering significant cost savings in maintenance. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that monitor its status in real-time. Upon crossing predefined thresholds, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
