The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter delivers exceptional accuracy with a basic precision of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its highest). Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring
the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000. The ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions, capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, thereby simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes. This makes the instrument more user-friendly and convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts are expressed as either warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring elements are damaged, the faulty components can be replaced onsite without the need for re-adjustment.
