The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents the pinnacle of advanced sensor technology and sophisticated modular design. Utilizing a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor, the ZY8000 processes signals through advanced amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion. This sophisticated process converts signals into digital format, followed by meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the ZY8000 seamlessly converts signals into a 4-20mA DC output, superimposed with HART signals, using a D/A converter. For transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA or FF protocols, it directly outputs pristine digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and instantly view measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations are easily managed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time self-monitoring. In case of predefined alert events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and reveals the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance,repair, and replacement processes.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site with no need for recalibration.
