Valve Group Brief Introduction
The valve group is primarily used in the initiation, closure, pressure balancing, and discharge of input signals for differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. It is designed for easy installation, maintenance, and online inspection. The valve group can be differentiated based on its functional groupings.

(Flat type), T-type, H-type, and cylinder stop valve by their structure.
Integrated Valve Group
The transmitter and valve group are assembled at the factory and undergo a comprehensive pressure and leakage test. This process minimizes on-site installation efforts and prevents leakage induced by transmitter installation.
Valve Group Features
· Safety Stop Pin
Utilizes a stainless steel pin to ensure the valve seat remains securely attached to the valve body.
· Valve Body Design
Incorporates an integrated structure for enhanced strength and reliability.
· Valve Seat Sealing
Features hard sealing between stainless steel components for optimal safety and reliability.
· Valve Core
The valve core components are segmented to improve sealing performance and extend the service life of the valve group. The handle design has also been optimized for better handling.
· Lubricating Grease
Imported grease is applied between the sealing washer and the adjusting screw to minimize friction and enhance sealing performance.

Structural Features
The valve groups are controlled by stop valves, discharge valves, and balance valves. Although valves with different functions vary in size and markings, they share the same structural features.
