Crafted with an all-metal structure and embracing a modular design ethos, this flowmeter boasts an impressively compact size, remarkable low pressure loss, and an expansive range ratio of 10:1.
These exceptional features ensure its seamless installation and hassle-free maintenance, making it an indispensable tool across a myriad of industries, even in the most demanding and complex environments.
Ideal for precise flow and process control, it excels in managing small flow rates, low velocities, and various challenging medium conditions, embodying a perfect synthesis of efficiency and reliability.

To guarantee optimal performance, meticulous installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is essential. Key installation considerations include:

(1) Ensure that the flowmeter is mounted vertically, facilitating the measured fluid's smooth ascent from bottom to top. A straight pipe section, measuring five times the instrument's diameter, should be maintained at both the inlet and outlet. For newly laid pipelines, a thorough flushing is imperative prior to flowmeter installation.

(2) Position a valve upstream of the flowmeter, complemented by a flow control valve installed 5 to 10 times the instrument's diameter downstream. For smaller diameter instruments, an upstream filter is recommended. If magnetic materials are present in the medium, precede the flowmeter with a magnetic filter for optimal performance.

(3) For streamlined maintenance and effortless replacement of the flowmeter, integrating a bypass pipeline during installation is highly advisable.

(4) In scenarios where the measured medium is prone to contamination, proactive cleaning of pipes and the float is essential to maintain operation integrity.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter typically achieves a measurement accuracy level of 1.5. For applications demanding superior measurement precision, selecting an alternative to the metal tube rotor flowmeter is recommended.
